James and Carlos are so freaking amazing!!! James and Carlos were exceptional! The first time I called another service advisor at this dealership was so flippant and immediately said “No, we are James and Carlos were exceptional! The first time I called another service advisor at this dealership was so flippant and immediately said “No, we are not taking appointments until the 23rd you cannot brng in your car”. I explained to this other man who was short on soulutions and long on attitude that my engine light went in and I am unable to drive may car and need to bring it it. He then respond with “ I don’t know what to tell you”. Really?!?! So I contacted Carlos and he said to contact James and my car was in the next day! Smooth AND fun! My daughter referred me to McDonald Volkswagen after she purchased her Tiguan in December 2017. Not only did he have it cleaned, a full tank of gas, but also parked up front with a red bow on in! Presentation speaks louder than words! I test drove while he had my trade in appraised, so I wasn't waiting around ever. After a 10 minute spin, I was in. Logan, Ryan and Rico worked my numbers - heard my objections and overcame them without making me feel pressured, taken advantage of, or undervalued. The finance process with Rico was smooth, quick and great to have a finance guy talk to me about things OTHER than what he can sell me, too. I have nothing but positives to say about my buying experience with McDonald Volkswagen's Sales Team! More
