Very unhappy with salesperson After putting a deposit down on a car she said she could get from another dealership, Leah lied to us about the car and told us the other dealership h After putting a deposit down on a car she said she could get from another dealership, Leah lied to us about the car and told us the other dealership had sold it. She said she would keep her eyes open for another car of the same model and let us know once she found one. After trying to contact her for a week she never returned one call to us. We later found out through our own research that the car she said was sold at the other dealership was never actually sold. The other dealership showed us the conversation they had with her. Very unhappy with her dishonesty towards us and completely ignoring us on top of that. More

I walked away feeling incredibly valued as a costumer of McDonald Volkswagen. Brad Murphy and the service crew made my experience completely pain free and totally easy. They got me right in, answered all of my questions, sought to provide me with everything they felt I needed even if I didn't ask for it. I was in and out the same day with my car running perfectly by the end of the day, and at no cost or hassle to me whatsoever. Stan Compton, the Courtesy Shuttle Driver, was an additional pleasure. He was professional, kind and attentive. Together, they took my anxiety around car issues and set me at ease. In a day and age where costumer service isn't what it used to be, I would honestly say that this is the best costumer service I've had anywhere in a really long time. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! After much deliberation my husband and I went to McDonald Volkswagen to lease a VW Tiguan. we came in as they were closing ( we were unaware of the cl After much deliberation my husband and I went to McDonald Volkswagen to lease a VW Tiguan. we came in as they were closing ( we were unaware of the closing time) the sales person Leah and the Manager Martin stayed with us as we asked questions and test drove the car. They even got the pricing to work for us. We left in a brand new Tiguan!! My husband then decided to go back to buy a used VW GTI, they worked with us so that the trade in and payment were exactly were we needed it! You can tell that Leah and Martin didn’t just want to make a sale but that they really cared for our needs and wants. Even Finance was amazing Jim, walked us through every step. He was friendly and efficient! They treated us like family! I will send all my friends and family here! Such a great experience!! More
