After much deliberation my husband and I went to McDonald Volkswagen to lease a VW Tiguan. we came in as they were closing ( we were unaware of the cl After much deliberation my husband and I went to McDonald Volkswagen to lease a VW Tiguan. we came in as they were closing ( we were unaware of the closing time) the sales person Leah and the Manager Martin stayed with us as we asked questions and test drove the car. They even got the pricing to work for us. We left in a brand new Tiguan!! My husband then decided to go back to buy a used VW GTI, they worked with us so that the trade in and payment were exactly were we needed it! You can tell that Leah and Martin didn’t just want to make a sale but that they really cared for our needs and wants. Even Finance was amazing Jim, walked us through every step. He was friendly and efficient! They treated us like family! I will send all my friends and family here! Such a great experience!! More

Fantastic no pressure dealership I sent a request in for detail on a specific vehicle and got a good response back with exactly what I needed. I went in and looked at it and Logan wa I sent a request in for detail on a specific vehicle and got a good response back with exactly what I needed. I went in and looked at it and Logan was immediately available and did not pressure me at all. He was a no-nonsense salesmen and I never felt pressured. I left without buying it but made arrangments to come back and drive it. Again, he made himself available and we came to terms on the sale fairly easily. Those involved in the process all came and introduced themselves to me and I once we had a deal I was out the door in about an hour. All in all, a very smooth transaction. Matt took us out in an Atlas, it was too big for me but we needed a 3rd row, we were about to leave when he mentioned the Tiguan. We took it out for a drive and I immediately fell in love! Matt was very low pressure and they gave us a great price and also showed us the car's invoice price without us asking. Matt had to go out of town so Tanner took over, he was thorough with everything and also pleasant to work with. I love my car and I am happy with my payment, would go back there in a heartbeat! More
