Needed a 4x4 vehicle----->Painlessly got one! Tanner Fiftal and everyone else(can't remember names, sorry!) I spoke to at McDonald was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I totaled my car the Tanner Fiftal and everyone else(can't remember names, sorry!) I spoke to at McDonald was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I totaled my car the day before, and I needed a vehicle within my budget. I called in and set up an appointment with Tanner and got there at about 5pm. Tanner was ready for me and layed out a few options for me. I knew the price I wanted, and there was a Jeep Patriot that fit what I needed. Per my request, Tanner did explain a few other options for me, but ultimately I chose the Jeep. Tanner did not seem at all disappointed that I chose the most affordable option. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours and now own the car I wanted. Great job McDonald! We will be back! More

Second opinion on brakes I moved and went to a new dealer after spending the last 2 years with McDonald. I found the new dealership to be pompous and borderline predatory. So, I decided to come back to McDonald and Doug (The service manager). Although it a fair bit out of my way now it’s very much worth it.
