We found a car that I liked and emailed the rest of the week figuring out details. I wanted a tow package which was rare on the Tiguan, but Logan found one and we had an appointment scheduled for a few days later. When I got there everyone was really friendly. Un-pressured sales experience I found a car I was interested in on the dealership's website and contacted by email. I went in the next day and spoke with Logan who was fantastic. He presented their information (cost, other vehicles, etc.) as I needed it and without pressuring me into making a decision before I had considered the options. I was planning on testing out other vehicles at other dealerships before purchasing, and Logan and the rest of the team was supportive of that without a hard sell like I have experienced elsewhere. My experience was excellent and I would recommend this dealership because we agreed on the sale of the vehicle I decided I wanted instead of something I didn't need. More

They highlighted to me the waiting area where there were refreshments. I received a video of the various check points for the service give me confidence all 30K checks were being performed.
