One frustration -- I asked specifically for details of extended warranty and maintenance plan information and pricing prior to purchasing, and only got generic info in a grainy photocopy. That should be standard information to provide to potential buyers to allow informed decisions. More

Subpar Dealership I was given the opportunity to buy the cars I wanted for the same price of cheaper at eMich Volkswagen and decided to use Mcdonald- fool my once.... a I was given the opportunity to buy the cars I wanted for the same price of cheaper at eMich Volkswagen and decided to use Mcdonald- fool my once.... and again fooled me twice. The car I advised mangament I would purchase was then driven on a test drive after Audi management told the salesman the car I wanted. The salesman spoke flagrantly around other guests to the point I felt very uncomfortable. Also after finally waiting at the dealership for 6 hours while zero other deals were closEd and closing my deal. I drive away with under a half tank of fuel. I stayed because of my relationship with McDonald Audi but never again. And when Brandon came to my office building- downtown Denver to collect some paperwork I am rushed by him after being two hours late with a- “hey I am parked illegally here”- I would assume hurrying me up as he had to wait 5 min while i waited on his incompetence for hours. Dealership offered gifts- and prepaid cards to make me happier and that just doesn’t cut it when you are dedicated like we were to McDonald. And to back up on this conversation I have purchased an s6 and a q5- add to the list the atlas that soiled this relationship. I hope Mr Powers that you Can reach out in your busy day to talk. More
