Professional, efficient, friendly and patient The service area is exceptionally clean and bright. With an appointment there was no waiting with prompt attention. The service representative( Doug Brown) was knowledgeable patient and friendly. The waiting area was clean, well lit with the usual amenities (Wi-Fi and TV) and an attended snack bar plus a monitor of the mechanics service area where you can watch your vehicle being serviced. After the mechanic was finished with his initial inspection, he sent me a HD video of his inspection of my car on the lift with his commentary as he proceeded around the car. I found this especially informative as most customers rarely get to inspect their car while on the lift. At check out the service representative reviewed the service check list with me. When I mentioned I wanted the AC checked as well, he immediately brought in a mechanic to measure the outlet temperature within minutes. In total my 40000 mile service took less than two hours. In all I am very satisfied with my service experience at McDonalds VW. More

Extremely Professional and Rapid Service I recently purchased a 2015 Passat TDI (new) out of state and upon returning determined that the Navigation System was not fully functional. I stoppe I recently purchased a 2015 Passat TDI (new) out of state and upon returning determined that the Navigation System was not fully functional. I stopped by McDonald VW and ask them to check it out. The service manager, James Zialonka immediately initiated a checkout and brought in his lead technical service person, Heath. After considerable troubleshooting, they determined the unit was bad and ordered a replacement. The replacement was delivered in one business day and the next day, James and Heath accommodated my schedule to make the installation. They worked diligently to make sure everything worked and got me back on the road very rapidly. I wish to commend both of them extremely highly. They represent McDonald VW in the highest manner possible and are consummate professionals!! More

Within 15 minutes I got a call from Frank Bock, the Internet Manager. It impressed me right off the bat that he took the time to call himself as I felt he was empowered to finalize my deal. My husband and I live two hours from Denver so Frank respected our need to have the purchase price and financing pre-arranged to speed up the actual purchase process once we got the dealership. Frank was courteous, knowledgeable and professional - a pleasure to work with. We were in and out in alittle over an hour which was fabulous. Evan handed our financing swiftly and Frank showed us the features of the car. Thank you guys. This was the best car experience we've ever had. More
