The guy's name is Stephen Slater and I would definitely recommend giving him a visit if you are thinking about buying a VW. I would also recommend calling and making an appointment with him for your visit and let him know what vehicle(s) you want to see. He'll have them ready to go when you get there. For communication and updates the new text system and video of the technician’s overview and repair recommendations is an excellent improvement. On my previous service I received poor communication and was not offered a loaner car while my car was in the shop for five days. Thanks for the overall improvement. More
