When I went to the dealership for a test drive and potential purchase, everything went just as Frank presented. The test drive was leisurely and at no point did I feel any pressure or feel rushed. I sensed that Frank enjoys what he does and that, in and of itself, made the whole experience more pleasurable. The price was as discussed, the car was as described and I was in and out in about and hour and a half. The financing went smoothly and everything was explained and re-explained if I asked. I would buy from Frank and McDonald again, without reservation. More

I didn't think that I could be impressed more favorably, but this visit proved me wrong. The new desks are wonderful, and the efficient manner that my bug was handled made me happy to deal with McDonalds, but the kicker was the video that I was sent that detailed the work that was done on the car. That was awesome. He showed me all of the items on my car, and I was thrilled that it was tip-top. The video was very impressive. I will continue to bring my vehicle to McDonalds. I know I will always be pleased. More
