Stephen provided excellent service with the issue we had with our Tiguan. Even though the problem did not replicate at the dealer he told me if it occurred again to bring the car back and the service depart with our Tiguan. Even though the problem did not replicate at the dealer he told me if it occurred again to bring the car back and the service department would be able to look at it again. I also appreciate the honesty in how long it would take the car to be looked at since I didn’t have an appointment. More

Greeted with a smile when arrived . Air conditioning & drinks in waiting room. Got a paid Lyft ride home & back so I didn’t have to waste time waiting in their waiting area.
