I do not agree with the cost of a software update on a vehicle that is managed by Volkswagen. If a software update is needed and it is part of the vehicle it should be completed complimentary to the cust vehicle that is managed by Volkswagen. If a software update is needed and it is part of the vehicle it should be completed complimentary to the customer as you all say that your customers are valuable to you, but when there vehicle needs a "software update" it costs the customer $200.00 and it messes with certain features of your car and now my car has to come back for a fix that I am refusing to have to pay for. NOT HAPPY! More

Customer service here is always great and staff is super friendly. Still the only issue I have is the vehicle was supposedly "Certified Pre-Owned", but since purchasing 6 months ago, we've replaced the roto friendly. Still the only issue I have is the vehicle was supposedly "Certified Pre-Owned", but since purchasing 6 months ago, we've replaced the rotors and serviced the AC. You would think that would have been caught during the vehicle inspection. More
