I feel like it is a great car and I got a good deal. I was able to check it out further during the tire change out and everything looks good. Alignment was quick and easy. Superb customer service, extremely professional and great expertise on VW models!! Tanner was able to work with me for my new car and I most certainly appreciated him taking the time to give me an in-depth t expertise on VW models!! Tanner was able to work with me for my new car and I most certainly appreciated him taking the time to give me an in-depth tour of my Tiguan the following day. I had no issues with the final vehicle price as Tanner was able to help lock in a great rate for me. My trade-in was quoted very fair and my time at the dealership was fast as I had 0 wait time especially for it being the weekend. When it came to the financing process, Sam was extremely professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Again, this dealership has phenomenal customer service and I would highly recommend them in the future. It was a pleasure doing business! Thanks guys! More

As a woman I have had countless poor experiences at dealerships, auto centers, etc. I recently purchased my first VW and had some issues in which I needed to use my warranty so I took it to McDonald (t dealerships, auto centers, etc. I recently purchased my first VW and had some issues in which I needed to use my warranty so I took it to McDonald (the dealership I bought it from I will never go back to). Stephen was my service advisor then and was phenomenal. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and went out of his way to explain everything to me which I had never previously experienced. So, when it was time for my regularly scheduled maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) I knew I would be bringing it to McDonald VW. Stephen was my service advisor again and was just as great as the first time! He gave me a bottle of water while I waited and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any needs that arise because this is the best experience I have had anywhere. More
