Great overall service. Really clean and nice waiting area with coffee bar and television. Didn’t need my car back quickly, but also didn’t expect it to take all day. I had a fantastic experience with McDonald VW of Littleton. I only needed to get a spare key but the service I received was excellent. If I lived in Colorado they would be my first choice for any se Littleton. I only needed to get a spare key but the service I received was excellent. If I lived in Colorado they would be my first choice for any service. Phoenix helped me out and he was knowledgeable and caring. They did a complimentary vehicle inspection and sent me a video of it. My dealer would have charged for this with no video. The video showed things that were good and pointed out some things to keep an eye on as they would need attention soon. My appointment was for a Tuesday morning but when I had trouble starting car, I decided to take it in the night before so it would be there for the following morning. They actually got it in and checked out that night and I was able to go pick it up. There was never any pressure to do extra services (they were offered) and the cost for the key with programming was the same as it would have been for an aftermarket key. All in all my service exceeded my expectations. More
