First off, let me state that I know I am not the easiest customer to work with. I am a total numbers guy and like to understand them to the nth detail before I purchase. We took well over a month to purch customer to work with. I am a total numbers guy and like to understand them to the nth detail before I purchase. We took well over a month to purchase our new ID.4 from McDonald VW. They stayed in touch with us during the process but were not overbearing. They understood that I need to see numbers and were not hesitant in sharing them with me. I wound up working through 3 salespeople and they worked in tandem to ensure I got what I needed. When we finally made the decision to purchase, we drove up to the dealership with about 15 minutes' notice and they accommodated us and got us through the process as quickly as they could. Aaliyah was great during the process, she made sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend dealing with her during the process. Bernard was straightforward through the finance process and did not put the normal high-pressure sales process on us. He recommended some options to us and explained them. This is the second car that we purchased at this dealer. Stop in for a low-pressure but informative buying process. More
