I had such an outstanding experience!!! I had taken my car to the Havana Dealership and it is terrible compared to you guys!! You told me I was due for my 40,000 mile check up ( they did not) and changed car to the Havana Dealership and it is terrible compared to you guys!! You told me I was due for my 40,000 mile check up ( they did not) and changed my oil but it was like going to the spa instead of the service department. I will only use you guys in the future and i absolutely LOVE Sarah!! More

The sales department was very good and I appreciated all of their help. They are good clean vehicles that appear well maintained. After the sale care has been as if I was never there. The financing side has of their help. They are good clean vehicles that appear well maintained. After the sale care has been as if I was never there. The financing side has had several large issues for me: 1)The financing officer pushed very hard for extra sales on Volkswagen insurance after being told four times I was not interested. 2) They misplaced half of my down payment. Trying to confirm the transfer for three weeks and have been completely ghosted. They then called me in a rather direct attituded asking if I "forgotten" to pay them. They also promised some additional paint detail work on the used vehicle and have flat out ghosted me again on this work. More

I love my Volkswagen and I enjoyed working with Chris. I thought Chris went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted during really challenging circumstances with COVID etc. I would highly recommend thought Chris went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted during really challenging circumstances with COVID etc. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am slightly less enamored with the financing individual I worked with in choosing protection plans. I indicated to him that I would prefer he contact me at another time, as I was about to head into a meeting and I wanted more time to think about things, but he just wouldn't take no for an answer. Stereotypical pushy car dealer. I ended up in plans I do not necessarily need and it is in thanks to their shady finance team. More
