The sales department was very good and I appreciated all of their help. They are good clean vehicles that appear well maintained. After the sale care has been as if I was never there. The financing side has had several large issues for me: 1)The financing officer pushed very hard for extra sales on Volkswagen insurance after being told four times I was not interested. 2) They misplaced half of my down payment. Trying to confirm the transfer for three weeks and have been completely ghosted. They then called me in a rather direct attituded asking if I "forgotten" to pay them. They also promised some additional paint detail work on the used vehicle and have flat out ghosted me again on this work. More
