Was absolutely satisfied with my experience and have been since o got my Atlas a year ago! I previously had an Audi, but switching to the Atlas was much more practical after having my second child. Thought I was going to miss my Audi and the Atlas would be temporary. After the service I have experienced time and time again, I want to be a VW customer for life! Brad was truly exceptional in meeting my expectations, communicating with me, and helping to get me a rental vehicle when they had to keep my car overnight. I appreciate how welcoming the service center is, and how willing everyone is to jump in and help out! More
