I love my Volkswagen and I enjoyed working with Chris. I am slightly less enamored with the financing individual I worked with in choosing protection plans. I indicated to him that I would prefer he contact me at another time, as I was about to head into a meeting and I wanted more time to think about things, but he just wouldn't take no for an answer. Stereotypical pushy car dealer. I ended up in plans I do not necessarily need and it is in thanks to their shady finance team. More

Very easy. It was a battery replacement for my Touareg. (Battery is under the driver's seat) Once they had a technician in to work on it, they had it done in about an hour.
