Per usual, Brad is the best! I always call to speak to Brad, because when you find 'your' Service Advisor, you don't want to talk to anyone else. We played phone tag a couple time I always call to speak to Brad, because when you find 'your' Service Advisor, you don't want to talk to anyone else. We played phone tag a couple times to get my appointment set, but he always makes sure to fit me in when my Atlas needs attention. He suggests for certain things to be done, or replaced, and I never feel that I'm just a commission ticket here. McDonald VW is lucky to have Brad as an advisor!
