Per usual, Brad is the best! I always call to speak to Brad, because when you find 'your' Service Advisor, you don't want to talk to anyone else. We played phone tag a couple time I always call to speak to Brad, because when you find 'your' Service Advisor, you don't want to talk to anyone else. We played phone tag a couple times to get my appointment set, but he always makes sure to fit me in when my Atlas needs attention. He suggests for certain things to be done, or replaced, and I never feel that I'm just a commission ticket here. McDonald VW is lucky to have Brad as an advisor! I am also a big fan of the new videos the tech's send to give you a once over of your vehicle! Thanks guys! More

Got me over to the Client Rep- Stacey Cheadle and it was smooth sailing. Stacey Cheadle was friendly, and walked me through all that would happen and kept me updated on the status. The video feature is something I've never seen before, but I liked it a lot. VERY customer centric and a great use of technology that has value to me, as a consumer. More
