My first time buying a car at a dealership! My husband said he was well attended when he got his first car. Not here! I was “serviced” by Quentin Taylor who really didn’t attend us well, he didn’t tell us said he was well attended when he got his first car. Not here! I was “serviced” by Quentin Taylor who really didn’t attend us well, he didn’t tell us much about the SUV or much of a talker. I would think a sales representative would be on it, I also work in customer service & this by far was not a pleasant experience. We we’re definitely friendly people, had to start a conversation with him than the other way around, not to mention he had answered a personal call during our test drive & lost his phone in the car. We wanted to negotiate & it never came down straight to numbers, we were simply handed more and more papers. When I drove off, we noticed a tire needs to be changed soon and my tires need to be balanced. Also he had told us one thing about certain documents and changed it up on us at the very end. My husband was very upset because he lied to us. He called it a “miscommunication”. I will NEVER come to buy a car here again. It is what it is, I would’ve gladly done a better job. More
