Incomplete pilot change I pulled up right before my cousin for the same service which was an oil change. His car was done about 30 mins before mine. I asked the advisor and she told me that it wasnt washed because or was raining and because it was close to 4pm. I had to find out on my own, not being informed by the advisor.
