I have been wanting to buy a car for the last four years, so I saved up my money and when I got to I had an awesome experience at McDonagh Nissan. I went to several different places and my last resort was McDonagh Nissan. I found the perfect car & price. (Nissan Altima) "unbelievable price" I had an awesome sales rep (Erin Roberts) she explained everything to get me on my way. I even come back later that night with my fiancé and she took more time out of her day to go over the car even though the deal was done. Best Service Ever!!! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Every time we have come the sales consultants have been excellent. We must admit tha This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Every time we have come the sales consultants have been excellent. We must admit that Erin Roberts and Aaron Powell are the best ever. Erin is very knowledgeable on Nissan and Aaron has been at this dealership I believe since it opened. Although this does not happen consistently, we were in and out in less than 3 hours. GREAT JOB!!!!! We have used the service department on a regular basis and have had a wonderful experience. After researching vehicles through various options, I decided to go to McDonough Nissan and see if they could help me purchase a car. Erin was up for the challenge and was able to get me approved and into a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. Now, this is where the story gets personal. Erin and I have a divine connection through tragedies that affected us. Both of us lost a child on the same day (4/8/2016). We also found out a mutual friend was born on that same date. Call it divine intervention, but we spent time discussing our children and how important family is. Alex took time out to speak with my oldest son about school, christmas and investing his gift money. This made the purchasing of my car easier and my experience at McDonough Nissan all the better. After submitting my request, Erin was quick to call me back and told me what I needed to do before I got there to the dealership. She thoroughly reviewed my credit situation and explained that getting a new car would be better for me in the long run. So, the only thing I had to do was test drive my new car and sign the paperwork. I appreciated her and the rest of the staff that stayed late to get me into the car that night.
