Jarrett Sims I was treated so well by my salesman Jarett Sims when I purchased my Rogue back in March that I came to when the time came for my son when it was time I was treated so well by my salesman Jarett Sims when I purchased my Rogue back in March that I came to when the time came for my son when it was time for him to purchase his first vehicle. Jarrett has great knowledge about the vehicles and was more than willing to share it. He remained professional at all times, constantly trying to comfort both of us while we waited for finance to do their part of the process. The process did take about 5 hours but it was not due to the salesman. In March when I purchased my Rogue the major issue I had was with finance. I was promised that my trade in would be paid off within 10 days, it was not and the payment was finally sent in it was not correct. Eventually after about 6 weeks everything was paid but as a result my credit was affected considerably because I was still carrying 2 car loans on it. I left multiple messages that were never returned, frustrated I went back to the dealership to speak to someone face to face. They seemed to be quite disorganized and overwhelmed More

A special thanks to Bryan Griggs, my Service Advisor for your professionalism (attire and character) and excellent customer service provided on June 7, 2017. While waiting to have my vehicle serviced, I was greeted by the hospitable and accommodating Sales Manager- Aaron Powell. Aaron exhibited genuine concern. He was attentive, asked how things were going, if I needed anything, and of course, if I was ready to trade in my vehicle. I highly recommend McDonough Nissan as a place to have your vehicle serviced as well as a place to purchase a vehicle.
