I went to McDonald Nissan for an oil change about a month ago, and the lack of communication the whole visit was disappointing. When I got out of my car, the porter took it and wrote down that I needed to ago, and the lack of communication the whole visit was disappointing. When I got out of my car, the porter took it and wrote down that I needed to check what plan I had for oil changes. After that, I never got a call or an email, and the advisor never came to me to get my information or verify that the correct information was on file. They just took my car to the back and started working on it. I waited over an hour and then saw my car sitting on the drive, still without hearing from the advisor. I went to find a manager, and only then — a good 30 minutes later — did the advisor finally come up to me and say I was good to go. I already knew I needed a cabin filter before I came in, and no one mentioned it to me at all. I also requested the multi-point video and inspection, and I never received it. When I brought that up to the manager, he checked my information and it was wrong. I would have gotten the video the first time if they had checked all my information before my car was worked on and verified which route I wanted to go with my service plan. Later that week I called and left a message with the service manager. I never got a call back. This service was horrible. Unprofessional. More
