Purchasing went fine. I got an older vehicle with high mileage. Aside from the expected issues (small dings here and there, etc) the back window weather stripping was bust I got an older vehicle with high mileage. Aside from the expected issues (small dings here and there, etc) the back window weather stripping was busted. In time this will allow water intrusion.. I feel this should have been remedied prior to drive off as that is a significant issue with the vehicle. When I called back and spoke with salesman he said he would see what he could do. After speaking with higher up management the response I was given was, "we can charge you the additional $3k we discounted it when you purchased it and we'll fix the seals." The seal is a $50 repair at most.. my problem is the smart mouth response I received. A simple, "we will not be able to assist in this repair" would have sufficed. When I asked to speak with the manager who said this, I was told he was "being let go anyway and I didn't need to sweat it." To be honest a repair under $50 should have been goodwill'ed or repaired in good faith anyway. I will not ever purchase here again.. if you aren't buying a Hellcat they don't care about doing what's right at the end of the day. My expectations for this vehicle are not unrealistic, the back seat is also torn in the fabric, I'm not asking for that to be fixed as it is cosmetic. But seals on a window should have been fixed or at least pointed out prior to leaving the dealership as it has the possibility of becoming a real issue in the future. They are sending out subpar used vehicles. Really walk over anything you consider purchasing here with a fine tooth comb and make note of it before you sign anything. (Mind you I've owned this vehicle less than 24 hours.) I also was not given a drive out tag upon purchase so I've got to make another trip out there today for that due to their lack of competency. More
