My experience overall was just ok. Everybody was nice and inviting and I was treated as expected. Saying that, I also felt the process was rushed. I also was asked if I wanted different warranties and stuff like that to add on but never explained what exactly I would be buying. Once purchasing the vehicle there was a few things that was frustrating when getting the vehicle. Tank was half full, DEF not full, windshield wipers do not work properly, only one key to the car. All of these things are frustrating to leave with considering the vehicle was $61,000. I think it's unacceptable to allow that to happen after spending so much money. The whole process seemed very insincere, once the signatures started rolling in, we felt rushed and our sales associate seemed uninterested. More
The staff are extremely unprofessional and can be heard all over the dealership cussing and and berating each other. I also had a bad experience with one of the alleged sales managers. The sales guy that helped us was a nice guy and Chuck was the only reason we even drove in to buy the car but the rest of the sales staff really made us feel like we were at a club and not a Nissan dealership. Horrible experience with these guys and I work in the industry. These are the guys that give the car business a bad wrap. The sales person was great at first, did a face time with me around the vehicle since I’m out of state and then I was quoted a price and not just a sales price but an out the door number with taxes so not just a fat finger in a message to me. The sales man bounced me to a manager after to get my deposit where then I was quoted a price of $7000 higher and then I was told there was a additional $2000 on top of that for the brakes they allegedly replaced. Mind you the sales person had just told me to excuse the car being dirty as they just got it back in during the FaceTime. Very unprofessional even shady and I would highly recommended double and triple checking the figures before proceeding with anything, this was a cash transaction….I can’t image what they would try to slide in your payment if you financed!!!!!! I have the messages with the figures if anyone would like to see them and did also forward them to the manager who did nothing about it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! More
