This dealership, especially George Mazzant and Alan, listened to my needs, gave me good options, and helped us get a reliable but inexpensive car for my son. George and Alan knocked about $1K off the ba listened to my needs, gave me good options, and helped us get a reliable but inexpensive car for my son. George and Alan knocked about $1K off the base resale price and made a good car affordable for me. Also, walking around their lot, they were showing a lot of really nice vehicles..They seem to take a lot of pride in good customer service. Be sure to give these folks a chance to make you happy. Thank you for Update: We went back to the dealership, Jennifer, Mark, Antoine and James were able to assist in rectify the situation we had at hand. Thank you for the time and patience you displayed with us. We are happy to have our car back! We are happy with the purchase we made. I can always respect people and companies who can make the consumer happy! The worst experience I have ever had in all my years of life. Purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. Went in on a Wednesday with sales person who was definitely new by the name of Nico. We’ll he couldn’t get me the deal I wanted so like any other person in their right mind, I walked out. That following Thursday, I received a voicemail from Nico, stating they would do the deal for what I was asking for. Unfortunately one of my pets passed away suddenly the same day that Nico left the voice mail, so no I was not able to call him nor come to the dealership. I come back up there Friday, spoke to Jennifer and pretty much let her know about the VM. She was helpful. All of a sudden the financial personal said we’ll that was a yesterday deal and it’s no longer on the table. So again I proceed to walk out, but they went ahead and gave me the deal they offered me. Cool. Get the vehicle and on the second day the vehicle starts jerking. Take it back to Nissan. That was a whole other deal it self because everyone failed to communicate. They couldn’t find out what’s wrong with it so they send it to Volkswagen dealership, mind you all I have no car to drive….. I then tell them, what are we going to do about not having a car. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE was willing to help me out with this matter until Dexter, pretty much got me a loaner car. Didn’t have my car in my possession for about two, almost three weeks. At this point the finance company was calling for the welcome interview. This could not be done until the car was back in my possession. Got the car back on a Friday, and when I went to pick it up, I asked about the financial aspect of my loan, since the loan was sent back because of how long the car was not in my possession. Dexter spoke to financial personal by the name of Anthony gave Dexter a sticky note with finance company phone number and loan number. He said call them everything will be good to go. I asked ok are you sure because the loan said they sent it back. Yup sure. Ok, fast forward to the day after Labor Day, I called the finance dept to complete my welcome interview. My payment is coming due. I called today 9/14 to make the payment. The financial company said I couldn’t because they had no info and the dealership never sent the approval or whatever it is that they needed to send. At this point I am at work. I tried calling Nissan McDonough with, of course no results per usual. I asked my husband to go down and let them know what happen with the payment. Financial manager Anthony said ok I’ll call and give them what they need. AT NO POINT IN TIME DID HE SAY HE WAS DOING ANYTHING ELSE. I am not at the dealership, again I am at work an hour away. I get dings that my credit is now being ran. I call my husband and ask him to ask if that’s what they are doing. Anthony proceeds to tell him yeah that’s what you asked me to do. The unprofessionalism at Nissan McDonough by far the worst. At no point did anyone ask to re run my credit, further more did no one mention that I had to go through this process all over again. Further more I was not even present to have them do so! Fraud! Again I went through the loan process had a due date and MCDONOUGH NISSAN drop the ball on their end. Once my husband let him know what he did was wrong, Antwan another employee threatened to call the police and have the vehicle reported as stolen. STOLEN! The unprofessionalism I dealt with was unreal. They all have no problem with treating their customers like straight cramp. Needless to say we left the vehicle and now I am back to square one, which is making it harder for me to purchase another car. This dealership needs to be shut down, Train and hire new employees. Alex, Antwan, Anthony, and Dane are all sorry excuses of men. None of them are willing to help their customers and would rather ignore the horrible service they all provide! The only people that were of any assistance was Jennifer and Dexter. Please read all reviews and read BBB the reviews do not lie! This company HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND CONTINUE TO SELL LEMON CARS. Take your business elsewhere! More

As a female, I thought I asked all the right questions. But, was not specific! Returned the car within 3 days because a male noticed the tires were mix matched, in which I asked if they are brand new, the sales person stated yes, but left out that the front tires were different from the back tires and the wheel barrier needed to be replaced. They took the keys to check it out! Immediately, Contacted the bank. McDonough Nissan had 10-day resolution period. Since there is no cooling period, ( in which I found out on the 5th day) Dexter promised that he would make all 4 tires match and the wheel barrier issue….4 weeks has passed. the car is still in their possession. I went on vacation this past weekend. Come home at 12:30am 9/8, the truck is backed up in my yard with no resolution corrections that they promised the bank they would make! I called the dealership, Dexter is off today. Dexter told them they could not reach me so they returned the car to my yard without my permission. Now, it’s called Trespassing and breach of privacy to give someone my address to bring the car…and leave the car unsecured! Very unprofessional. Women do not go alone. Read your documents. Purchased a 2020 Infinity on a Wednesday, 2 weeks ago. Asked as many questions as possible. Took it home. Test drove it with my family on a Sunday. There was a noise under the bottom. Then, I was told there were mix- matched tires. I asked if the tires were good; the sales person said yes; but failed to say they were mix-matched! Returned the truck for service for under the bottom. Then, the salesperson stated it’s a recall on the wheel barrier and I need to take back to Xfinity myself! Overall experience with salesperson and sales team….Everyone is nice until they get those papers signed. Afterwards, you are on your own! Very unprofessional and are not courtesy!!!!!!
