They checked the car's carfax and also inspected the vehicle for me as she lives out of state and I was worried about mechanical issues during the drive home. They also helped me to pick an extended warranty to help cover any future items that may be pricey for her to fix. I got a good deal and more importantly I felt like they were looking out for my interests. More

So the pa i purchased a truck on 3-22-15 as of today 7-8-15 i have not received a registration or tag. DMV has received no paper work from McElveen's. So the paper tag is out so I'm unable to drive the vehicle. Many visits have been make to the dealership along with many calls. Its the same thing every time, "we will check on it and get back to you." The customer service at this place is horrible. Please DO NOT buy a car from this place!!!!!!!! I always look at the reviews of businesses I deal with, wish I had look at McElveen's reviews before I purchased this vehicle. More

Never use McElveen for service I had an absolutely horrible experience with their service department. I needed service and was quoted a good price. My part had nothing to do with the functionality of my car but they said I couldn't drive my car interim waiting for the part because it would change the odometer. I had to leave my car there for the 2 days until they got the part in. Said it would be done end of day on Wednesday. I had to go rent a car for $90 for 2 days. Then he calls me same day to say he mistakenly quoted me for the wrong part and it was going to be $140.00 more than originally quoted. I am starting to get really frustrated by this point. Then he calls me at 3pm Wednesday when my car is supposed to be finished at 5pm to tell me the part never got there (which I know he had to of known hours before). Then he proceeds to tell me that it should be in the next day so I can come pick up my car and drive it until tomorrow. I then said, I thought I could not drive it. He said, Well you can it just will change your odometer some. I then was so frustrated because I could have saved the $90.00 for a rental and drove my car around taking my 4 kids where they needed to go until the part was in. He didn't even give me that option originally until end of day Wednesday when the part didn't come in. He was very unapologetic, smug, untruthful, and frankly a jerk about the whole situation. It was a complete and utter disaster that cost me $$ way more money than originally stated... I DON'T recommend this dealer to ANYONE! Sad thing is for them I would never buy a car here because of my service experience! More

I would also give this dealership a 0 if I could. My fiancé and I went in on a Saturday to purchase a used truck. We found one we liked, was approved, test drove it and brought it home that day. Monday, fiancé and I went in on a Saturday to purchase a used truck. We found one we liked, was approved, test drove it and brought it home that day. Monday, after driving the truck for a longer period of time, it started making a horrible noise. We drove right back to the dealership. They promised that it would be fixed and not to worry. By Wednesday they decided they were not going to have the truck fixed and there was nothing they were going to do. Even though there is a sign at the dealership that states, if any problems occur before 3 days or 300 miles they will fix the problem or put you into another vehicle. They refused to do either. By Thursday we was not even able to get all of our belongings off of the truck before they put it in a whole sale auction. I have never been more disgusted with service in my entire life. My fiancé was so excited to finally be able to finance a truck of his own and what was suppose to be a day of accomplishment and not turned out to be a week of xxxx. More
So Internet price said 25000 I came in and they said the internet price is off by 2000 and they would add that onto the total. They would let you haggle the price of any vehicle either. in thier minds it wa internet price is off by 2000 and they would add that onto the total. They would let you haggle the price of any vehicle either. in thier minds it was already lowest price. I put 8000 cash down and purchased the vehicle. After a couple of days we noticed shaking in the ca when you hit 40 mph. transmission problems were the issue so we let the car goto shop and they did a slack job for the 2 months we have had the vehicle 5 of those weeks its been in the shop 3 times. I purchased a used Toyota truck in March, 2013. Corey Wright was the individual that sold me the truck. First impression was good and they wanted my business, but there were a few items on the truck that Wright was the individual that sold me the truck. First impression was good and they wanted my business, but there were a few items on the truck that needed replacing and a tire cap that was missing. I was told by both Corey and Alan that they were ordered and they would mail them to me, since I lived 60 miles from the dealership. After many, many calls and promises it never happened. Alan told us that he was all about customer service even after the sale, ( and there is a plaque on the wall in the dealership that says McEleven will customer service is there priority) but he continues to avoid me and make up lies. After the sale Alan told me that if I refereed people to buy from them, he would send me a check. I did and a truck was purchased, but I have yet to see any check. This experience is the exact reason reasons people hate to buy from dealerships. What happen to the honest, caring businesses that did have good customer service? More
