They let my husband leave in a truck before it was financed and then in an effort to cover themselves pulled my credit 15 times in 6 week. This dealership was nice to work with. They were very friendly and had some paperwork ready prior to us driving up from PA. The tailgate on the truck we bought isn’t working so they ordere They were very friendly and had some paperwork ready prior to us driving up from PA. The tailgate on the truck we bought isn’t working so they ordered a new one and are shipping it to my house. 5 stars would be given but they didn’t tell me only 1 key would be coming with the vehicle. I guess shame on me for not asking. Also would be given 5 stars if title work and registration would have been taken care of instead of having to do it myself once back in PA. Seems like the $500+ doc fee is excessive since I have to do a lot of that leg work myself. I get it’s out of state but I’ve purchased in other states before and never had this issue. Overall, Ben is very friendly and personable and will be a great salesman. Thanks for fielding my 100s of questions. More
