Connor was very personable. The paper needed was very lack there of. 30 mins before picking up my suv contacted me for documents needed. 1. Make sure to have gas in the car before test drive. 2. I called shortly after I left the lot to let the staff know that i left a CD in the disc changer of the traded in vehicle. They said that they would retrieve it and send it to me with the financials. They never went and got the CD which means I never got it.
