I had an issue with some imperfections on the hood after purchase and they were very accommodating to get me back in ASAP to get my issue this truck! I came back to dealership today because I was there on Monday night to pick my truck up from service I noticed yesterday while walking by my truck that one of my steps end pieces was broken. I was talked to like a dummy and ended up getting into a shouting match with representatives from service. Had to get service mgr. When we were walking out the employee told the mgr I was crazy I am looking for another truck for my wife but will not be coming back to your dealership. Not a way to speak to customer. More
