I got excellent service. They were thorough and good at explaining everything. I enjoyed taking the car for a test drive. Very pleased with the service received. Went in for a Ford recall and was told it could take up to a hour to repair. Didn't finish my cup of coffee. Was charged $170 diagnostic fee even though contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leakin contractually, I have free inspection for the life of the vehicle. Received vehicle back in worse working condition than when I brought it in, leaking break fluid everywhere. They tried to charge me $2400+ for repair. Went to auto zone and bought $200 worth of parts and fixed it myself. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this company and paid them in full. A 24 year customer, but I will never return. More
