Haley was great in listening the my concern on the right wiper blade update. The online EV9 forum had numerous photos of the blade after update sitting way up on the windshield. I also needed foam removed from 2 tires so they would balance and she provided options and pricing. Nick was wonderful. A very genuine person who provided excellent service from start to finish. My only complaint was around some confusion with the timeframe for getting insurance on the vehicle. I think Nick may have accidentally given me the wrong information at first, but he handled it professionally and tried to clear it up. What bothered me more was when another staff member, who I had not interacted with at all during my time there, jumped into the conversation while Nick was trying to explain and apologize. I do not know this person’s name or what their role is. He did not introduce himself to me or come off very friendly. He seemed focused only on making the point that I could not leave with the vehicle until it had insurance. He kept interrupting and cutting Nick off to the point that Nick couldn't finish a sentence. Nick handled it very well and stayed professional, but I did not like the way that interaction came across or how Nick seemed to be treated in that moment. More
