Before I would recommend this dealership to all family but now that I am getting the run around by everyone there. I will not refer anyone to this particular dealership. I purchased 2 cars in one week, I called and spoke to Jena that there was a Black on black Kicks coming in and I am interested if it is the Premium package. She told me it was when I got to the dealership it was not, so now I had to pay for the seat warmers due to it was not included. I was then rescheduled to get that done to the next week. I paid to have my window tinting done there and it was not done to what I had requested. Gentleman came out of service to show me that it was correct and the sun was causing it to be see through, not true. Received a call from Gabby to my son's phone not mine which I have told them several times that they had the incorrect number, went up to dealership and she had left for the day. Fast forward to today no one can give me an update on my car, all mangers are too busy to return or take my call, the sales rep is off. Called this morning manger was gone to lunch I left message no call yet, was transferred to service and who ever answered was very rude and stated" we don't do that here". Never again at this dealership. Love my Nissan but your crew needs training in customer service. More
