I called ahead to gauge how busy they were. I was told an oil change would take about 45 mins. When I got there, I was told the oil change would take an hour and 45 minutes (the actual time ended up being ju oil change would take about 45 mins. When I got there, I was told the oil change would take an hour and 45 minutes (the actual time ended up being just over an hour). When purchasing my vehicle I paid for the VIP service agreement. The oil change was covered in that, but the air filters are not. I had them replace the cabin air filter this time and they billed me for .8 hours to change it! That's compared to the oil change which they logged .3 hours to. So, I got charged an excessive amount (almost $30) for labor to change the cabin filter (which actually takes a couple of minutes to replace). Needless to say, I won't be paying extra up front for the "VIP" treatment every again. More

Great first experience with McGavock Service Dept and Brad McClintick. Bought a pre-owned 2019 Frontier at another big dealer who crossed up some wiring after detailing the truck.
