Multiple times I've tried to make a service appointment for my truck. The service manager is so rude and obnoxious I ended up telling him forget it and walked out. I am a retired GM certified class A tech for my truck. The service manager is so rude and obnoxious I ended up telling him forget it and walked out. I am a retired GM certified class A tech with over 35 years experience and I've never dealt with a service manager this miserable! More
