George was extremely responsive to all my needs yet presented a very low pressure attitude. It was an excellent experience and George is one of the best Toyota employees I have ever worked with. I have never written a dealer review in the past but felt obligated due to how accommodating George was and how fair the dealership was with pricing and negotiations. Would highly recommend this dealership and in particular George Kemos. His work ethic was second to none. Finance manager Chris Sousa also made the finance portion a very smooth and efficient process. More
Terrible experience! STAY AWAY!! Live chat rep scheduled an appointment for test drive on Crown Signia and confirmed there were 2. Arrive an hour later & both were No STAY AWAY!! NO other vehicles that I was interested in were available to test drive or buy, no hybrid Rav4s or Highlanders. Connor, a young punk of a salesperson, was standing around & talking to an associate when I walked in. He'd look at the scheduled appointment. He 'found' an Older Rav4 to test drive AFTER Searching >1/2 hour! Went for a test drive in that Older gas RAV4 as NO 2025 models (RAV4s or Highlanders, particularly Hybrids) were available. He said that he'd evaluate my vehicle for trade in so took note of my vehicle and keys for management. He later mentioned that the red Crown was sold the other day. The white one was sitting in the bay for pickup. He said he'd allow me to sit in it but can't drive it, obviously. It was nice but too low and smaller than expected. Then all xxxx brook loose later! Turned from nice to being a xxxxxxx! Used high sales tactics to pressure a sale like put down a down payment, to reserve future vehicles, etc... "Why won't you want to do business? Look, I can look up any vehicles for you, as he displays his laptop. Why won't you leave a down payment so I can look for a vehicle for you?" I said: Please STOP with the pushy sales tactics, as I Repeated myself many times!! Even Worse... Adding Insult to Injury.. Connor then said: 'What's the point of all this? You don't want me to find you a vehicle? What's the point of the evaluation of your car? You WASTED MY TIME with doing everything!" My Reply: YOU WASTED MY TIME!! THE WOMAN CHECKED INVENTORY BEFORE SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT. YOU LIED TO ME ABOUT THE 2 CARS BEING AVAILABLE! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY OTHER VEHICLES AVAILABLE HERE!! Please get me keys! Connor walked out and returned later.. He said... 'Your car isn't worth much. Didn't even evaluate it much since you won't do business with us! Maybe a few hundred dollars. Here are your keys!' He flicked me my keys!! I grabbed the keys and quickly left the dealership. The incident was reported to Toyota USA HQ. That young punk of a salesperson, Connor Carbonaro, should be Fired for his unforgiveable attitude & behavior, but he won't be. His name and picture are still shown in the Sales section below! Management cares more about selling vehicles, even when there are None in inventory and want people to put a down payment and wait for the vehicles, so they can make some advance money. The dealership and sales people Don't how to treat customers Honestly and Respectfully! What a humiliating and disgusting experience having to put up with that xx! NO ONE should have to experienced that, NO ONE! More

I worked with our salesman Devon and he went out of his way to make the process smooth. He definitely lived up to that. He found the car we wanted and got it to the dealership a week earlier than he esti way to make the process smooth. He definitely lived up to that. He also took care of a lot of the required paperwork and price negotiation before we even got to the dealership so we could spend the minimum time to complete the purchase. The only reason that the finance office experience was not that good. We decided on a maintenance plan and when we got home we found out that the contract didn't have the right name, car, vin, or anything but my wife's signature. I came by the next day and requested that they cancel the plan and they did without any hassle. Devon even stepped in to assist and make it smooth and hassle free with the managers. Despite this one hiccup, I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
