From the beginning, Peter German purchased a new 2026 Toyota Tundra and overall, I’m extremely happy with both the vehicle and the buying process. From the beginning, Peter German was friendly, helpful, and made the deal happen. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find a truck that fit my needs and budget. I was skeptical first about being able to get the truck i wanted for the price i wanted, but Peter made it happen! I had the absolute worst experience purchasing a vehicle here. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership. Here is specifically why: Unprofessionalism: During the negotiation, the salesperson sp here. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership. Here is specifically why: Unprofessionalism: During the negotiation, the salesperson spilled water all over me. Instead of giving me a moment to dry off, they forced me to continue negotiations while my pants were soaking wet. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. Deceptive Financial Tactics: I negotiated for a $17,000 trade-in allowance. They refused but offered $15,500 plus a "free" MCP protection plan (valued at $1,500) to match my $17,000 target. I had originally declined this plan, but I agreed only because they claimed it was the only way to reach the $17,000 value. However, they lied. I was actually charged for the plan on top of the lower trade-in value. Rushed Signing: During the finance process, they did not review the numbers or documents with me. They simply zoomed in on the signature lines and rushed me to sign everything immediately. Because of this pressure, I missed the charge for the unwanted MCP plan until I got home. Zero Accountability: I realized the error that same night and contacted them immediately. Their response was a cold "there is nothing we can do." Sheer Incompetence: On top of the deception, they were incompetent. They gave me the wrong key for the second fob (requiring another trip to swap it). They also gave me a Registration and Title Application with such poor print quality that the RMV rejected it, forcing me to get a new form and visit the RMV a second time. I forgave their multiple mistakes (spilled water, wrong keys, useless forms), yet they refused to correct a deceptive contract error just one day later. This dealership is unethical and disorganized. Do not buy here. More
