I went into the dealership the other day after working with Charlie Boyle over the phone to put an offer together. Not only was he personable and well spoken but extremely kind and informative. I was in a very serious car accident that resulted in a total loss. He asked how I was, explained all paperwork and took his time doing so. As far as I am concerned if you don’t go to this dealership and see him you will have to deal with a car salesman that’s just in it for the paycheck not the person. Thank you Charlie Boyle for making the deal happen and having your team at McGee make me feel comfortable. You won’t be sorry if you go by and see him!! More
Dealership is modern and well run. My main complaint is with the vehicle itself. My 2027 Toyota Tacoma needed a $2000 repair at 60K miles for a plastic coolant tube that failed. I bought Toyota because of the reliability reputation and feel like I got burned really bad here. My brand loyalty is not to be taken for granted. Will be looking elsewhere for a new vehicle. More

It’s easy to say nice things and give 5 stars when everything goes right. I’m going to tell you why I gave 5 stars after needing to resolve some issues. We recently put a deposit down on a new Rav everything goes right. I’m going to tell you why I gave 5 stars after needing to resolve some issues. We recently put a deposit down on a new Rav4 and asked McGee to locate a car for us. We get called late in the day on June 30th and told our car was arriving any minute and it was time to do the paperwork on the purchase. We went to McGees and long story short, 3+ hours later there was still no car. (The whole process was drawn out and frustrating and I think they may have been short staffed). We were assured the car carrier had just been delayed and we could pick it up the next day. So finally, 3 days after the paperwork, July 3rd, we are called to come pick up the car. Even at that, we waited almost an hour. Process complete, we head home. The next day, we learn on the Toyota website that a $1000 discount was available to us on a July purchase. I really hated to think that McGee knew about this along. I really hated to think they knew the car wasn’t coming until Monday. I really hate to think that they pushed through the paperwork to sell more cars in June. Suffice to say, I was upset. $1000 is real money. Well, McGee came through for us and processed the discount after all. It wasn’t all smooth, it wasn’t all speedy but it was done courteously and professionally and with an apology. Special thanks to Jerry and Andrew and those behind the scene who made it happen. We are now officially McGee customers. More
