I called to speak to service advisor and never had a call ba My husband brought in two vehicles for oil changes Saturday morning. He brought my 2013 Rav-4 first for a synthetic oil change. We were charged $57.8 My husband brought in two vehicles for oil changes Saturday morning. He brought my 2013 Rav-4 first for a synthetic oil change. We were charged $57.84 for that vehicle. He then had the oil changed in his 2017 Tacoma; same synthetic oil change and was charged $98.87. I can see that the truck took 2 more quarts of oil; 7 vs 5 increasing that price by $11, but I wanted an explanation of the $41 price increase ($30 difference if you exclude the additional oil). $98 for just an oil change??? The two invoice numbers are 32983 and 32995. I called the dealership and left a message at the service center and asked for a call back from Dave Hill (499). I never received a call back. I think I will take my business elsewhere. More
