Great experience, no nonsense car buying at its absolute bes I just had a great experience at McGee Toyota of Hanover. I was skeptical at first when I entered the show room this evening. I had been emailing back and forth with a woman named Erica via email. She was very nice and said they could help me find a lease I was comfortable with. I had already had a horrible experience at Boch Toyota of Norwood and was expecting more of the same but was so pleasantly surprised that I had to write a review as soon as I got home to tell everyone how easy it can be to lease a car. I am a seasoned veteran when it comes "to no money down leases". This was my fifth lease and by far the easiest. The sales staff seemed genuinely nice, especially Chris and Dave. At the end of the day, after spending maybe 90 minutes there, I drove home in my new car. I couldn't believe it. Extremely efficient operation. All in all, I would totally recommend McGee Toyota to anyone looking to buy it lease a new car. More

Patrice Hillier is wonderful I had some issues regarding a radio and receiving only one key because the car I purchased was pre owned. I had to call a Toyota Mediator, Michelle, who was very helpful to find out that the sales dept could have offered me a key to be made at dealer cost. I left a message with the Sales Manager, Ray Lima, regarding a radio question, he did not return my call. I texted Chris McLoughlin regarding the same issue, he too didn't return my text. Gentlemen, customer service after the sale is just as important as before the sale. (The gentleman that did the finance portion of the transaction was wonderful, I can not remember his name, but he was a gray/white hair gentlemen) I will go to Boch next year to trade in my other camry for another Venza because I do not want to deal with that sales dept again. In the end I did get a great car that I am grateful for. Update: I have rated them higher. A week later I had to bring in my car for new terminals because the ones on the car were no good and to replace a tire. Patrice Hillier greeted me while I was waiting before she even knew I was having issues and when she found out I was having problems, she resolved my issues with the sales and serivce dept quickly. She was very kind and showed that she really cared that I was having an unhappy experience. McGee is lucky to have her, she is a class act. More
