Cancellation of Auto and Extended services!! Such a horrible experience with you guys since I bought Toyota Camry 2009 (used Car). First of all I purchased this car on mid-September 2015 and no Such a horrible experience with you guys since I bought Toyota Camry 2009 (used Car). First of all I purchased this car on mid-September 2015 and no one from the dealership told me the papers for the car is not available. With in couple of days I sold my old car and I was without car for almost two weeks and finally the agent from Toyota told me you can rent a car and toyota will pay until we get the papers for your Toyota Camry 2009. They took almost 45 days to handover the car to me (ridiculous). Then I visited the dealership to cancel my GAP & Extended warranty insurance on end of November and I signed and emailed the cancelation form (GAP & Extended warranty) to JIM QUALTER and since then I emailed him 4 to 5 times no reply, its been over four months. I personally visited twice and never saw JIM (looks he always off), I talked to another guy called MIKE RACICOT and he said JIM has already sent the form to concern department without knowing whether he has really sent or not. I am calling and asking for JIM from couple day but he never answer my phone (goes to his voice mail everytime). I want to ask is there anyone who can help me, this is so frustrating and annoying.
