In addition, the sales person told me last night he would call me back regarding the warranty and he didn't do that either. I would have never made the trip just for the fun of it. If the Land Rover wasn't available I would not have driven there. Don't know the name of the sales person. I was there this morning to look at it just like I said I would be and if your salesperson had bothered to take 20 seconds to call me he would have saved me around two hours of traveling that I did not need to do. I do not remember the salesman's name. Too bad because if I had had a good experience the other drivers in my family would have considered your dealership. I should have read the reviews of your dealership rather than reading reviews about the vehicle.

I am terribly sorry for what happened. The gentleman you spoke with the night before works until 8 and is in a different building. It is possible it sold after he went home. With that being said, we always strive to make the dealership experience a better one and your feedback is very much appreciated. I certainly hope that we can make it a positive one in the future. Is there anything we can do to make this negative feedback a positive one, or have it removed completely?

No, what happened can't be undone. You lost one customer and I won't be back. That salesperson should have left some paper trail or something to have me called if the vehicle I was going to look at sold like it did but instead he chose to ignore and inconvenience me greatly and that cannot be forgiven nor rectified. I am now in the Boston area in the process of buying a vehicle. Perhaps you should train your staff to follow up with a customer who is taking their personal time to drive to your dealership just in case something like this occurs again. Granted, all customers who say they are going to show up do not, however, as stated previously all someone had to do was call me last night after the sale to prevent me driving there for nothing. Your quick few seconds on the phone would have saved me two hours. Wouldn't you be upset if this happened to you? I will not remove the comment as it is a true statement of fact and I hope it either improves your way of doing business or saves another customer from experiencing what I had to. I appreciate your concern now, too bad you weren't the one actively involved in the sale maybe it would have been a mutually positive experience.
