Crappy service and was not willing to answer and questions and concerns I had in regards to the false advertisement on autotrader. T is full of crap! These guys were a complete joke. Then they offered me $3,625 BELOW Kelly Blue Book Good Condition for my trade! They tried to play the salesman/manager shuffle with me, claiming that he (Tom the salesguy) was just the messenger. Then they tried literally every dirty trick in the book to get me to agree to an inflated price. 1. Asked me what my current payments are. Those mean nothing for this deal! 2. Asked what my current payoff was on my car. That means nothing for the price of their Toyota! 3. Told me the "Internet Price" was not possible, it included all discounts and incentive. 4. Told me that their Invoice Cost was actually $2,500 above what the internet had for a sale price! So by that logic, if someone qualified for all the incentives, McGee would sell them the car at a loss! A complete bunch of clowns. I'm headed to Tufankjian or Boch if I decide to continue my search for a Highlander. Stay away from McGee, or be prepared to get a complete runaround in terms of numbers. More

We met with Ahmed and he made the whole purchase experience very easy. My wife and I are pretty high maintenance and eleminated a couple of cars due to faint smoke or pet smells. We did end up paying more than we had planned on, but we also got a much nicer ride (limited) than the base model we originally wanted to get. The brakes have been making a scraping noise and I've had the Rav4 for a few weeks now. I'm within the warranty period, so I don't doubt that Ahmed will have the brakes looked at and fixed if necessary. The brakes are supposed to be brand new, so perhaps there's a wearing-in period that I'm not aware of. I will call Ahmed today and find out! More

After test driving one vehicle I left a deposit to secure the Sienna I was interested in to bring my Wife the next Day. I ended up buying the vehicle that day. Mr Ragab was extemly professional with a great knowledge about the whole process and made me feel totally relaxed. I wish there where more carl sales man like Mr Ragab around. I would say that I got a great deal at this dealership!! I went to the dealership to get one of the advertised deals for lease. It took little long (2 visits to the dealership) but the outcome is excellent, so I only have great things to say about this dealership. I am all excited and going to take the delivery tomorrow. More
