Hello Josh, Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the salespeople that we dealt with, but they were at the pre-owned store. We were too distracted by the terrible experience that we had at your dealership. The sales manager on this day made sure that we understood that it is not your policy to sell cars for the advertised price, but that in order to make a profit and increase sales, you advertise one price and then expect customers to pay more ($800 above advertised price was suggested to us.) We were informed that since you have begun to do business this way, your sales have tripled. Wow, do I care about this? Hard to believe, and not a great way to make a sale. We were also informed that by selling at the advertised price, your dealership would make zero profit. Not exactly a wise business model, if you ask me. Did they really believe that I am stupid enough to believe this bullshit? Needless to say, we did not purchase the car, but instead received a full lesson about the sales practices of your dealership. I am happily driving a beautiful pre-owned Scion that I purchased from one of your competitors, where we were treated very well and did not hear one word about sales or profits. In my opinion, your dealership should not be allowed to bear the Toyota name. You are a disgrace to the wonderful brand, and perhaps I will let Toyota know how I feel directly.
