Not as efficient as usyal I’ve always been a huge fan of your service dept but this visit was not the same. Usually feel welcomed and cared for- this visit seemed rushed when I’ve always been a huge fan of your service dept but this visit was not the same. Usually feel welcomed and cared for- this visit seemed rushed when dropping it off- distracted by other jobs and didn’t feel like cared about my car. Asked for it to be ready at 3pm. No call - I called at 4pm and arrived only to have to wait as they hadn’t addressed all my issues yet and didn’t seem to give it much attention.First time that I’ve been disappointed. Will make sure I contact my usual service guy before dropping off from now on. Joe is top notch! More
