The waiting area is clean and comfortable, which I appreciate. Have had my Toyotas serviced at McGee for more than twenty years and have never been dissatisfied. Heat is a must in winter!! I went in to get my radio replaced & they disconnected my heat! I unfortunately didn't realize this until 3 hours after I left the dealership. When I I went in to get my radio replaced & they disconnected my heat! I unfortunately didn't realize this until 3 hours after I left the dealership. When I called to discuss the person who answered the phone acted like it was no big deal.. I have 2 children & it's winter! I was unable to make it back to the dealership for 2 days so that was a fun 48 hrs... when my husband took the car in the service tech looked at him like he was lying..I don't understand why(?!) I would need to xx the heat before leaving when I'm going in for a radio?! More

Excellent Service I brought my 2019 Tacoma because of a problem with the drivers side door. The Tim Root came out looked at the problem and talked to the parts dept. I brought my 2019 Tacoma because of a problem with the drivers side door. The Tim Root came out looked at the problem and talked to the parts dept. They came back out with door panel diagrams 3 or 4 times just to make sure they were ordering the right part so that when I returned the work could be done.Everyone took their time to make sure I was going to be happy.
