It was understandably a lengthy process caused by scheduling with the outside shop and waiting for parts. However, the resulting repair job was outstanding and worth the wait. As an aside comment, this review format should be modified to list the names and titles of the service department employees rather than just the sales and front office personnel. The service crew are the people who keep the customers coming back. More

I made a phone call on Saturday, an appointment for Tuesday, an My experience with Dan and Joe in the service department of McGee Toyota was amazing. I made a phone call on Saturday, an appointment for Tuesday, and my car was fixed on Wednesday (parts needed to be ordered). Dan initiated my car repair and handled our first appt. He was fantastic, friendly and efficient. We were in and out in a timely fashion. He ordered the parts necessary and gave us a realistic idea of when we could expect the parts to arrive and the work completed. Knowing he had the next two days off and we were in a hurry to have the car fixed, he referred us to Joe A., who followed us through to the end. When the parts were available earlier than anticipated, Joe made arrangements to have our car serviced more quickly. In just a few hours, I dropped the car off and picked it back up - Fixed and good to go. With a brand new baby and a toddler to worry about, they don't know just how much I appreciate everything they did for us. I will return to McGee for all my service needs! More

Service Representative, Tim Root was outstanding My Highlander was coming up for a 30K service and was about 200 miles away. Noticed this week my door lock on the driver's side was not working when My Highlander was coming up for a 30K service and was about 200 miles away. Noticed this week my door lock on the driver's side was not working when you went to open it. I called Tim and he asked when could I bring in and I dropped off same evening for a repair next day. By noon he called me telling me the car was all set with the 30K service complete and replaced the door actuator which was covered under warranty and there was no charge. I picked the car up that evening and everything is working perfect. Tim was excellent and definitely knows the Toyotas inside and out. Highly recommend McGee Toyota for service of your vehicles.
