It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had . When Mark Stuart told me what my trade in was worth it is like he pulled the rug out from under me. My 2022 Tacoma with 25,000 in excellent conditio When Mark Stuart told me what my trade in was worth it is like he pulled the rug out from under me. My 2022 Tacoma with 25,000 in excellent condition blue booked for 26,000-28,000 and he gave me 22,000. I left there feeling violated. I should have just walked out and gone somewhere else. I will not recommend McGee Toyota or Mark Stuart to even my worst enemy. More

This place is awful. Typical car dealership xx. Told me 17.8k for my trade, in great shape, that I had multiple backup offers near their price without buying new car at t Typical car dealership xx. They 1st offered 14k despite my car being in great shape and low milage, then 15.5k was suddenly the best they could do. Then I threatened to walk in five minutes and it's up to 16.2k. I walked, went to another dealership, saved $400 more off MSRP than their deal and got more money for my trade. The other Toyota dealership(their sister site in Hanover) had me in an out all within an hr. They also gave me a quote over the phone for my trade. More

I found the sales team arrogate and lazy. The day after visiting the dealership for a test drive I followed up requesting more details and information via email. Additionally, when the team followed up months later asking if I was in the market for a vehicle, I was honest with my impression and experience. The team replied with mocking emojis.
