My husband called them because they carry a basic RAV4 Prime. We gave them a 2 k in our credit card to hold the car once it came in. While we waited the sales guy Mark refused to tell my husband what the Prime. We gave them a 2 k in our credit card to hold the car once it came in. While we waited the sales guy Mark refused to tell my husband what the interest rate would be even though we have a high credit rating and were planning on putting 20 k down on the car. Well Mark called my husband on a Tuesday midday and expected him to come to the dealership that day to get the car. When we explained we would be there Friday he said our 2k was not holding the car and he informed us the next day he sold it to someone else. So why was even the purpose of putting 2 k down on a credit card if they never planned to hold it for us? My husband said Mark was obnoxious insisting he drop everything in the middle of a workday and drive three hours from Salem to Dudley. Why am I even looking at Toyota’s? They are not even eligible for the 7500 tax credit because they are not made in US. Goodbye Toyota. And good riddance Mark. What a piece of work. More

I purchased a 35K vehicle from McGee Toyota in January 2023. Two of the sales reps I was dealing with purchasing the car were fired during the time I was in contract with the vehicle. Upon picking up th 2023. Two of the sales reps I was dealing with purchasing the car were fired during the time I was in contract with the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle it did not have floor mats. Numerous phone calls and emails were made. McGee claimed they purchased a full set of WeatherTec mats which would be mailed out. After several weeks I was informed by Ira that the mats came in. I was told it was not in the "budget: to ship them to me. I'm sorry I am not driving over 2 hours and wasting half my day for something that should have came with the vehicle. I would NOT recommend anyone visiting this dealership as they do not follow through with what they say. Obviously a terrible place to work with if people continuously get fired! More

I received the flyer went in with no hesitation and this young gentlemen with a huge smile on his face which goes by the name of Berson approached me and my husband I instantly knew he was the one! We had a great experience. We bought the car we were looking for and not asked to look at any other cars. There was no haggling and that's one major reason why I hate going car shopping. We got more discounts than we expected so the price was right. We bought a used car with low mileage and just a couple of features which are pretty much standard features. We don't care for all the bells and whistles.
