I was scammed I traded in a Leased Prius for a Rav 4. I was told when I purchased the car that they would pay off my lease. They kept it in my name and they made pa I traded in a Leased Prius for a Rav 4. I was told when I purchased the car that they would pay off my lease. They kept it in my name and they made payments on it for about 2 years until there were two or three lease payments left. They then began to send me bills for the last approximately $1100 saying they had paid all they had agreed to pay. I cannot understand how they could keep the prius in my name and pay on a car which they left in my name for more than a year when I had turned the car in and had no access to it. This seems very illegal to me. They took advantage of me not knowing they could do this, that they would not pay off the car, and they would try to bill me $1100 in payments on a car I did not have. In addition, when I went for service and asked for the carwash they promised me they told me WE DO NOT DO ANYTHING WE ARE NOT PAID FOR AND WE ARE NOT PAID FOR THIS CAR WASH. WHAT xxxxxxxx. THEY HAD PROMISED ME CARWASHES WHEN MY CAR WAS SERVICED. DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST MCGEE TOYOTA IN ANY WAY. DR. G. M.D. Now it looks like they had charged me for the top of the line Rav 4 but provided me with the lowest end Rav 4 possible. Do not trust this dealership in any way. More
